In accordance to the terms of the “New Coal Distribution Policy”(NCDP), 0.20 lakh tonnes of coal to the state of Nagaland was allocated annually from North Eastern Coalfields. Fuel Supply Agreement (FSA) was concluded by NEC with the agency M/s. Seikedeima Multipurpose Co-operative Society ltd., nominated by you vide letter no. SPLY-5/1/92 dt:14.04.08, on 08.05.08 and supplies commenced with immediate effect. The status of monthly coal allocation, order booking and delivery is appended below :
