N O T I C E

 

 

                This is for the information to all prospective buyers procuring coal through e-Auction, that a modification in the terms & conditions under Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) have been made as appended below:-

 

1)          The earlier rate of Rs. 200/- (Rupees two hundred only) per tonne EMD for all grades and sizes of coal is revised and increase forthwith to Rs. 400/- (Rupees four hundred only) per tonne uniformly for all auctions to be held during the month of February 2009 across all the grades and sizes of coal.

 

2)          From 01^st of March 2009 onwards, the EMD for all grades and sizes of coal for Grade ‘E’ & above shall stand revised and increased from Rs. 400/- (Rupees four hundred only) per tonne to Rs. 500/- (Rupees five hundred only) per tonne. For Grade ‘F’ & below, it will continue to remain at Rs. 400/- (Rupees four hundred only) per tonne.
