4.         Form-I submission     :           Form-1 submitted to MoEF, New Delhi vide

                                                            No.43011/109/2008-CPAM dt.3^st October, 2008 by

                                                            Section Officer, Ministry of Coal, Govt. of India,

                                                            New Delhi.

 

5.         TOR meeting             :           Meeting of EAC for finalization of TOR held on

            and Ref.                                  26.11.2008. TOR received from MoEF, New Delhi

                                                            vide No.J-11015/461/2008-IA.II(M) dated 11^th

                                                            December, 2008 for only 0.40 MTPA. Requested to

                                                            Director, MoEF, New Delhi for review the case for

                                                            TOR for 0.60 MTPA for normative capacity and 0.80

                                                            MTPA in peak production period. Corrigendum

                                                            received from MoEF vide No.J-11015//461/2008-                                                                   IA.II(M) dt.10^th January, 2008.

 

6.         Land Status                :           Total land required = 516 Hects. Out of which 289

                                                            Hects. falls within forest land and balance 227 Hects.

                                                            in private land owner’s land. Application for diversion

                                                            of forest land for non-forest purposed submitted to

                                                            State Forest Department, Assam vide No.NEC/L&R/

                                                            2008/TRP(OC)/231 dt.30.09.2008
