                                                          TENDER NOTICE.

Sealed tenders are invited from interested transporters/vehicle owners for the following job:

1.       The tender document including terms and conditions shall be available on payment from the office of the Dy.Chief Engineer (E&M/EXCV) and The Superintending Engineer (RWS), North Eastern Coalfields, Coal India Limited, Margherita from 11.08.2010 to 18.08.2010(up to 12.30p.m.) during office hours.

Cost of tender paper is Rs. 500.00(Rupees five hundred) only per set.

2.       Tenders in two cover system shall be received in the office of Dy.Chief Engineer(E&M/EXCV), North Eastern Coalfields, Margherita upto 3.00 PM on 18.08.2010 and shall be opened  the part-I (Technical bid) in the presence of tenderers at 3.30 p.m. on 23.08.2010. Opening of Part – II of the successful tenderers will be informed in due course.

3.       Complete tender documents will be available at the office of the SE (E&M), Regional Workshop, Margherita, against payment of Rs.500.00 in cash. (Money receipt to be submitted along with part – I).

4.       Complete tender documents can be down loaded from Coal India Limited’s website www.neccoal.co.in. Tenderers submitting offers using downloaded tender documents has also to be paid the cost of tender documents (Rs.500.00) in the form of the a/c payee demand draft payable at SBI/UBI/PNB, Margherita drawn in favour of Coal India limited and to be submitted in Part-I of the tender.

5.       The tenderer who has downloaded the tender document must submit an undertaking that they will accept the document as available in the website & their tenders shall be rejected if any tempering in the document is found to be done at the time of opening of tender.
